I ride from special class(pyin oo lwin to yangon)-17500 kyats.no water,no food also they don't take a rest along that trip, how can I go for toilet??? I'm sure I'll not ride that poor express again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, this company actually acts as a goods and parcel carriers. They charge you full price ticket and then they don't look after your luggage. I actually see them pushing the people's bags with there feet to make room for parcels they transport. Total zero , terrible buses so uncomfortable ?, avoid by all means if you can. Experience you can live without.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took this Golden Shuttle bus from the Aung Mingalar Highway Bus Station to go to Bagan on 29 May 2018. From the outside, it looked like a regular bus yet when you stepped in, you'll be greeted by the captain and you immediately feel very lucky to have chosen this bus.
We took the VIP one so the seat configuration was 2+1. Each seat has its own blanket, cup holder, a pocket and leg support to make sure your resting time is as comfortable as possible. Before departing, the captain shall distribute evening snack and a bottle of mineral water (for us, it was bread with strawberry jam and cheese) and inform that they have a first aid kit in case you feel like taking medicine for your headache or else. They will also play movie(s) during the bus trip (it was The Expendables 3 for us). All in all, I would highly recommend this company if you would like to travel from Yangon to Bagan at night.
It departs daily at 2100 with ETA in Bagan at approx. 0630.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We travelled from Yangon to nyaung shwe, much cheaper than most other bus company's. We got water and a snack when we arrived on the bus, super comfy seats., I managed to sleep for almost the full trip! They only stopped once around 2 hours into the journey but when my boyfriend said I needed the toilet (with only 2 hours to go) they made another stop for everyone and gave us free tooth brushes and wipes for our faces. I would definetly recommend golden shuttle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable bus but AWFUL service!!
It is the only company joining Hpa an to Kalaw which is very handy but when the bus showed up it was already nearly full with freight. Making it hard for them to fit the luggages. On the way, as the bus was overloaded, it had to stop before each toll station( where they weight the buses) in order to let people out and make the bus lighter to pass the weight check. It also stopped 45minutes on the side of the road to load even more freight. So at the end the trip got a lot longer for no good reason. All the attention seemed to be given to what they were transporting rather than to the actual humans on the bus. If you do the same route Hpa an to Kalaw then good luck if you have a choice then choose another company!

We took the Golden Shuttle vip night bus from Yangon to Inle lake (Nyaung Shwe). When we reached our destination we realised that a big amount of cash was stolen out of our TWO backpacks. We spend about 4 h at the office of the bus company in Yangon, so we can not say if the money got stolen there or during the night dive, where our backpacks were kept in the downer language space.
We wouldn't choose this company again!
..by the way the "vip" seats are less comfortable than the seats in normal busses!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Golden shuttle - also known by a Burmese name starting w/ Shewn is in this big bus hub north of Yangon. The bus park is very confusing, we went asking locals for this bus company and everybody was very helpful. We took the public bus 36 yellow from Sule Pagoda at 3pm. Traffic was good so it took 1h and the stop is just at the entrance of the bus station. From the bus stop to the office is at the most 10min walk. Anyway you should always start this journey 2h and a half before departure time, because Yangon is famous for its traffic jams. Besides ou should arrive at the bus office half an hour before departure. We were doing Yangon-Inle Lake for 18000Mkk thru the hostel. At the office they have a waiting hall with juice and water (refilling your bottle is ok) as a welcome to guests. All thru the trip they were attentive. The seats were very comfortable, reclining and w/ support for feet. They offer blanket and a bottle of water. Very good service and the cheapest ticket available. MISSING STARS are for the very sad part of seeing KIDS WORKING at site, which is a must-change reality all through Myanmar. This company should start that change.
