★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice owner lady and uncle is very healful and kind. If bike broke, they will come and pick it up and change new. Their the original first bike shop ever in hpa an. Location just around the clock tower, Soe brothers and police station. They can recommand you where the best to go and visit. I rend from them whenever i visit hpa an like 8 times already. Also they help you book the bus tickets.

My partner and I rented 2 scooters from Good Luck for 8000K each. We were only an hour into the ride when my bike’s engine cut out while driving it. The bike would not restart. The fuel gauge said empty but we weren’t sure if the bike was truly out of petrol because my partner’s speedo and fuel gauge didn’t work, so we thought it might’ve been a malfunction. We decided to take it to a gas station anyway, which we had to manually wheel the bike to. Both bikes were completely empty and had no fuel! We had to pay for fuel for 2 bikes. No one from Good Luck told us the bikes had no fuel! When we went back to Good Luck to give the bikes back, they refused to reimburse us for the entire cost of the petrol. They gave us half the petrol money and said that if we wanted more, we could take our petrol back. They were not apologetic at all, said that petrol was our problem and then when we asked for at least petrol money back, the lady there said her English wasn’t good and she didn’t understand us. We believe this is a scam that they pull regularly with westerners to get them to pay for their fuel. Save yourself time and money and rent your bike elsewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rent here. Lady in the shop was far too keen to rent us a really rubbish bike where certain buttons didn't work and it wouldn't even start properly. Another couple came in and she was dismissive of us once they came in. It is also quite expensive compared to other places in the town. There is a cheaper company with better bikes (My Tour) about 15 minutes walk away and we're so glad we rented from them instead.
