★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are the one who can't resist the smoking, don't take the rooms from 2nd floor,because all the smell from smoking rooms (1st floor) come all the way up to 2nd floor. I can't even sleep at night on my second day because of heavy smoker from down stair. Hope hotel can solve that poor ventilation system later.

4 stars because the breakfast is only okay, the cake and fruit were a bit stale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is conveniently located to the palace and night market. The rooms are smaller so offers little room for suitcases so more suited for backpacks. The bed was a bit hard where the springs/slats could be felt. There is no room safe. The staff is nice. The best thing was the nice roof top terrace breakfast area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel - the room was clean and spacious, bathroom and shower good, bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast and wifi were OK. Staff were nice and friendly, did a really good job. Big advantage for us was that the hotel can book motorbikes with flexible times (3,6,9,12,24 hours), reasonable prices and good condition of the bikes. Would stay at the hotel again if we get the chance.

There's different bathrooms in different rooms of the same type (and some low-floor rooms have no sunlight) so you should ask to see the room first. I advise booking with an online service because the walk-in rate can vary. Breakfast is kinda Chinese-style but it's on the rooftop.
The service is excellent, very friendly and helpful with everything.
