★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overly crowded with patients. Lots and lots and lots of people waiting in front of the pharmacy. Waited for 30 mins to get my sick one year old medicine while he crying to sleep and at the end need to get a refund coz I can no longer wait which refund takes even longer. Pharmacy side asked to go cashier and cashier asked to go pharmacy back and forth a few times and at the end pharmacy came up with the refund by telling us that a bottle of biogesic might need to wait longer so we decided to get the refund and get from a pharmacy downstairs. Have been visiting since they newly opened but today will be the last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a large general hospital in Yangon. It is a hospital with facilities that even foreigners can visit. There is also a convenience store inside, which is very convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This happens to be the one of the better hospital in town. Spacious lobby, waiting area, well lit rooms, and large parking lot give overall good customer experience.
Hospital rooms and charges are quite expensive. Feel that service of the staffs in the ward need to improve abit as some hospitals charges lower offer better service. For example, when the patient was taken out from the room for an exam and ask for the room to lock, the service staffs answer was why would you want to lock the room and will watch over. There is no place such as a mini safe to keep valuable thing in the room.
The canteen at the ground level offers clean and tasty food. I have good time enjoying the food there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Hospital with good services in Myanmar. High technically machines are also there. Floorings and walling are very clean. Rooms are neat & tidy and also very clean. Food court also clean but still need good taste for patients. Charges are a little expensive, but if you are a person who looks price for performance and services, you will be satisfied for it. That's why I can give this 4 out of 5 for services, facilities, cleaning & performances. Among of the hospital in Myanmar, this hospital is very good for me. I was satisfied with this hospital.
