Awful service. They let me wait too long after shampoo without saying anything. Eventually, they didn’t even start cutting hair for 30min after I got there on time.

Did a shampoo wash and hair blow at 8000kyat, can tell the hair products are nice, they massage your head and neck a little, and curl my hair too. Can't complain :)

Clean, good customer service, patient hair dresser. Slightly expensive though, I mean only for me.

Disaster. Went there for straight perm. First, they did not provide the salon cardigan so my clothes were exposed to potential contamination by the chemical the whole time. I asked for it but they did not have it. Second, you should not apply the perm chemical directly to the scalp, which they did. The result: hair really stuck to the scalp for the first few weeks. And then because the chemical affected the hair to curve like 90 degree after my hair grew... In the end i didn’t even bother to go back to claim. Because they would certainly make it worse.... if not normal. Came back to Korea to fix it. My designer told me that this is really the worst straight perm result. Lol... don’t go here for straight perm unless you want to have miserable time when you comb your hair.. ?

I am very satisfied with the service. They cut and curled my hair, washing included head massage that was very pleasant. Staff speaks enough English to understand foreign clients.

as soon as i arrived there they asked me to wash my hair without inspection about hair condation like all the hair salons in yangon. i was expecting difference from local hair salon. i personally like asking me what i want and how they can do my hair b4 my hair are soaking wet. anyway their hair cut was good and their service was nice too

Nice staff but I wasn’t impressed with the service or the result. I spent 3 and a half hours to get my hair dyed (I have shoulder length hair) and then the blow dry itself was a complete mess with the girls not knowing how to follow even the most basic steps of a standard blow dry. My hair was washed 3x for some reason and, given no one spoke English, I would not receive any answers when asking why the process was so lengthy and complex....Honestly for a cheaper place, this would have been ok but this place is very pricey and the result mediocre to say the least.

The place looks good and seems clean enough. The girl that washed my hair was nice and did a good job. but it stopped there. For some reason they wash your hair before consultation with the hairdresser. I thought this was very strange as the hairdresser doesn't look at your hair in its natural state to assess how to cut it. Then after the hair wash the hairdresser didn't even try to consult me before trying to cut my hair!! I had to stop her before cutting my hair to tell her what I want - I mean what was she going to do? Did she magically read my mind? Sadly no. I explained what I wanted and showed her a picture and she seemed to understand. She was very slow at cutting my hair and I thought she was just being careful, I now know it was because she's still learning, not an expert. I stopped her a few times to again tell her what I wanted. She kept saying yes but she did not understand... We had to get other staff to interpret... Anyway after a lot of stress of trying to explain, my hair cut looked okay but it's still a little uneven so I'll have to go somewhere else (Singapore or Bangkok) to get it fixed. In addition there was no heat protectant used before drying or curling my hair so very little regard for the health of my hair. When I paid I saw that the price was for a stylist (no wonder she didn't understand the term "texture") when I explicitly requested a manager/senior via Facebook messenger to (try) get someone that knew what they were doing. I couldn't believe they just ignored my request, such terrible service that you can't trust. I’m glad I decided to try a haircut first before getting balayage and colour and destroying my hair in the process. Unfortunately I don’t recommend this place for expats/English speakers unless you want a simple haircut or you’re happy with an uneven haircut. But at least the cheap price reflects the poor quality.
