★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told this was the best noodle house in Yangon, it was good but it was not the best.
Had the pork rib soup which had more pork than other places I've been but did not have much vegetable like other places have. The broth did not have that much flavor on its own.
The restaurant is nice with good outdoor seating and it's kept nice and clean (unlike other noodle places I know) and the service was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy Cafe & Noodles is famous for Noodle lover and offer variety of noodle style are available. But it’s other dishes are quite good and delicious.Staffs are friendly and very attentive.Suggest to sit outdoor area and enjoy your favorite noodle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A solid 4-star experience, food is great and the location is nice. Diners have the option to eat inside or outside. The inside was quite dark and dingy but outside diners can eat on a spacious terrace. Certainly it is recommended to eat outside during the morning / evening, however, at night time mosquitoes can be a problem.
The service can be somewhat better as it took longer than I expected to get my noodles. Nonetheless, the flavor is nice but the location is a bit remote.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the few noodle specialists in town. For people concerned with COVID-19, both outdoors and indoors seating available. Cozy Aircon rooms for private discussions are good in this quiet hi-so neighborhood too. There is a gift shop / liquor store attached to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Variety noodle soup available. Nice location with spacious car parking. Hot spicy noodle with dried fish and bamboo shoot is my favourite. Appetizer like fried beef ball and fried tofu also the best.
