★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheapest in Keng Tung, but still expensive for Myanmar : 17$ for a double bed room. Small room including shower (hot water) and WC, a fan, toilet paper and towels provided. Matress is a bit hard, as really often in Asia.
Just two stars because the owner is not welcoming when you start to ask her informations about this restricted area, she answers she is too busy, but finally she is just watching TV... We never saw her working (just to take your money) but we saw several children... very helpfull even if they don't speak English. So if you can avoid this place, please do it.
