Had all the equipment I needed. 5000 kyat for a day use. Phone number listed here was wrong. I recommend this place while you are here.

Honest opinion- good size gym with classes..day pass 5000 but if you are buying 4 days plus you can negotiate for 4000 each day..Good equipment and not too many people.locker towel free..(no shower).parking for you scooter..

Surprisingly good gym! Dumbbells up to 50kg, multiple bench options, decent range of upper and lower body machines, cables, several bikes and treadmills, plenty of space. Only negative is they don't have a squat rack, however they do have a smith machine. 5000k, open 6am-8pm everyday. 9am on a Saturday, I had the place to myself. Entrance is off the main road, up stairwell on the rear side of shop fronts.
