★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to stay in Bagan with the best of service and hospitality. My birthday was made special here. Will definitely come back. Best part is the peacocks and the turkeys that walk around freely in the property and the lovely open to sky bar and alfresco restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our stay at Heritage Bagan Hotel. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The whole resort is beautiful and the staff is so nice! It’s the perfect base to explore the Pagodas at sunrise and come back for a delicious breakfast! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is rather remotely located, literally 4 minutes drive by tuk tuk from the airport, but several km away from any restaurants. The hotel setting is very nice and rooms are spacious with all the comfort needed. Staff are all super friendly and genuinely helpful. The first evening one of the staff drove me on his personal motorbike to a nearby shop, he did not want any tip! I experienced several other stories like that. The reason for my 3 star rating is the quality of the food. Breakfast quality of food is way below average which I find a major down point.
The first evening I had dinner at the hotel (because there is nothing in the immediate surroundings). Dinner was also way below average, except for the price. Shame.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was incredible, it felt like being inside a fairy tale :)
The architecture of the hotel is in perfect harmony with the Bagan’s pagodas. Superb!
Spacious and clean rooms.
The poolside restaurant (for breakfast, lunch and dinner) is of excellent quality (in the evening it is very romantic).
Finally, after visiting Bagan, you can relax in their swimming pool;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful 3 day stay at Heritage Bagan Hotel. Our room is big, clean, spacious, bright and we'll appointed. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and fast in addressing our needs for transportation and transfers. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 4nights in one of their Grand Deluxe rooms which was immaculate, and each day was a pleasant, relaxing stay. Check-in was a breeze, we were even allowed to go to our room much earlier. On the day of departure they offered late check-out as my husband got a bit sick. Staff are all very friendly, alert, and communicative.
Breakfast buffet has a varied selection of food that we didn't get tired of; also pool and lounge area is super cozy for afternoon siesta.
Overall we had a grand time with them, and will surely come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The architecture is beautiful and as soon as you arrive, one does feel like being in a beautiful resort. Pool is beautifully surrounded by palm trees. There is a nice little gym. Restaurant setting is pretty right next to the pool but the kitchen is not the best, although the service is very friendly and they try their best to explain everything in English as best as possible.The bar has happy hour from 5-7 pm and I enjoyed the Margarita's.
The rooms are of good size and of 5* quality. Just disappointed that there was no shampoo. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We even rented electric scooters for 4$ for 4 hrs. Thank you Heritage.
