Quality condo in quiet and peaceful environment

they clean the roads every is like a hotel so clean with a pool and a gym if any one read this and want to live in yangon this is the place

One of the top condominiums in Yangon when it was built ... the thing i love most is that it's located in a quiet neighborhood ? a place just 5 mins away from downtown .. schools , hospitals and supermarkets , markets around ... no traffic jam .. although there are many better buildings in this city , i think this place is the best for driving , walking and even okay if you want to use public transportation ? The building has approximately 17 floors ... a not-very-large swimming pool , a small fitness room ( with not many equipments , okay if u just want to keep yrself healthy ) , a functional room which charges 33USD for 3 hours section The worst part is parking ? if you just want to visit or if you want to live here Parking lots are determined by drawing lots there're three floors ( underground , ground and 2nd floor ) it is okay if u get ground floor or 2nd floor ... but if you get unlucky like me .. you'll have to park your car in underground which is connected to the ground floor by somewhat dirty stairs .. if you're a visitor .. be careful not to stop your car in this compound ... keep driving because if you park in other's parking space by accident not knowingly... you'll have to pay a fine of 20USD or you can park in visitors' parking space giving 2USD per hour ( highest parking fees in yangon ! ) ❗Oh !! a strange and crazy rule ? A security warned me " Don't take photographs , you'll have to pay a fine " while im taking photos downstairs with my cousins i still don't know what it means ? that security kept talking rude to me .. i just ignored him because i didn't want to create a problem.. Other services are good tho the elevator has been repaired countless times tho this building is only 2 or 3 years old be careful if u go to underground parking .. i almost got hit by a mortor cycle although riding motorcycle is illegal in this area of yangon

Worst security and rude communication.I have never seen such bad service to guests.

Decent Condo with friendly guards. 2 to 3km to China Town. Early morning for marketing for fresh vegetables & seafood, afternoon for good lunch at Chinese restaurants, and night for some beers, foodie....
