★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dojo is situated near MICT park, Hlaing Township. Aikido is a non-aggressive and non-competitive modern Japanese martial art. There is no attack in Aikido.
Aikido can be practiced by people of all ages. One of the primary benefits is improved general health and effective self-defense.
