★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One floor cottage style hotel, the rooms are really elegant as they decorated with oak woods all over the place,have bathtub and toilet are of high standards. Also there are so many oak tree and coffee tree(you can sense the smell of coffee flower blooming, they smell great). In the morning they birds are twitting.
Really a lovely place you can ever imagine (*^^*)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and quiet place if someone did not speak louder who stay in next room. Amazing for using Teak not only furniture but also the whole building. It is almost one year old business but still need to improve such as booking needs cash transfer first system, no choice for breakfast menu (all items spicy for one morning that we have had only bread and butter). But happy for free flow of local taste coffee and fruits. Appreciate their hospitality of all staff. I like the motion sensor installed in bathroom for automatic switch to exhaust fan that prevent noise and power saving. You may find bathroom daily use accessories are just same as low-cost hotel in Mandalay if you expect more due to the price. Have chance to explore coffee plants and local fruits tree in their garden. Strawberry will be ready in 2019. Need to request more blankets if you can't resist cold since no heater install in the room, only Air-conditioning.
FYI: No foreigners allowed and just for local only.
