Horizon Gym provides you with a wide range of state-of-the-art equipment to international standards with a variety of fitness program by our professional Gym Manager & Fitness Instructor who will guide you on your personal fitness journey.
We will incorporate weight loss, body building, circuit training, diet & nutrition guidelines in our Fitness Program for members who are seeking to transform their body from FAT to FIT.
In addition, we will also organize Yoga, Zumba and Body Combat Activities at an affordable fee.
Personal Training is also available upon request at an affordable fee, so if you feel you would prefer been trained let us know. We will customize your fitness program to fit your need.
Exercise can improve your health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease.
Exercise can have immediate and long-term health benefits. Most importantly, regular exercise can improve your quality of life.
