★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First to say is FIVE STARS. It's on the quiet and peaceful lane called Tayoke Phaya Kyaung (Chinese Temple) street in Tarmwelay ward near Tarmwe railway overpass bridge. You can enter there form Lay Daunt Kan road, Dagon Lwin street or Lae Yar Shwe Myay steet. Rooms are cavernous with affordable prices, mattress feels cozy and service is exceeded expectations. I strongly recommend to stay there.
