★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful stay here while working as an ESL teacher in Kalemyo for 2-3 weeks. Staff are super nice and the service is great. Restaurant is safe and the food is decent as well. would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Kalemyo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place deserves a 3.5 - 4 star rating, as it has some great features: very nice and helpful staff, clean rooms with basic toiletries available, free green tea in the rooms and possibility to pay by credit card (adding 2-3% surcharge) and hot water that comes after 10 minutes or so. But there are also things to improve, like balancing the room rate better (local pays 28000 MMK, while a foreigner pays 28 USD, which is 1.5 times more) and adding more vegetarian options in the menu besides seaweed salad and an egg. Overall experience is positive although it might be worth checking other hotels nearby (there are at least 3 similarly looking).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Close to main road. Little nosiy. Facilities are nice. AC, refrig and satellite TV. Wonderfully, they provide bibles in Eng and Chin languages. Breakfast, well accepted. Tea is very nice. Night time, you can order some drinks. Sunrise view from dining room is beautiful. Staffs, well trained, polite and helpful. ATM is here (bank is MAB). Most funitures are woody. However, poor wifi. For me, it is okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The foods are the best we can find compared to other hotels. However, the price are not reasonable. They are much higher compared to other hotels. The rooms are very neat and clean. The staff lacks English especially for foreigners and makes it hard to communicate. Overall, it's one of the best hotels available in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable, spotlessly clean, with over-the-top friendly and helpful staff. The food in their restaurant is delicious and again very affordable. Their buffet breakfasts are Asian - I thought I was in heaven they were so good. Same-day laundry service. The king-size bed was even more comfortable than my bed at home. Reliable electricity and air- conditioning. We stayed for 2 weeks and felt like family by the time we left. Thanks, GBH staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stay there was a couple of year ago but I still remember how great the service was there. It was one of the best places I stayed whilst on my overseas visit. Great customer service. The breakfast upstairs was always splentiful and delicious. Great facilities and the place was kept so clean. I am hoping one day to return but have held off revisiting for now due to the countries current political situation.
