★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here several years ago. Stayed in the suite for 40,000 Kyat for a couple of nights and on the way back, standard room for 25,000.
The suite is located just below the karaoke room, which means you won't get any sleep until 3am. The room itself was fairly spacious. The standard room was clean but tiny. Unfortunately, it was still noisy but a little quieter than the suite. Breakfast consisted of awful greasy noodles.
Staff speak limited English and might be able to speak a little Thai. I have no idea what the hotel is like now, but doubt I'd stay again given the superior options that have opened up in town since.
