★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently opened hotel. Stayed for 7 nights and always greeted by helpful staff. Rooms are clean and new as expected. Looking forward to new service and facilities to be added (spa and roof-top bar). Good value with good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is okay. Location is very good, quiet but near town center and many food options around. Hotel seems to be new (opened October’19 I guess) but maintenance is poor. Eg in bathroom and shower many stains of paint, soap on glass doors, grease on elevator doors. Breakfast is mainly Asian without any tags so you need to guess what it is (and open every heated container). Western flavor is toast and red jam :-( Price will be a good reason to stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooftop Bar. Hotel Sanchaung 12th floor. The Bar Name is ''Astro Bar'. Fair price.Not too expensive. nice view. For Sofa chair need to buy package at weekend.Swimming pool in the bar is only for hotel room.Hotel Room also around 45000 mmk for local 2pax.
Astro Bar can get beers, Shots,cottails.
Other chair no need to buy package.
Car parking is too tide.
Normal day ,the bar close around 10.
In weekend if customers are crowded,they serve until 2am in the morning.

I got the feeling that it used to be clean and organized in a simple and minimalistic way. But not so lately.
There were stains on cushion cases and carpets.. but if you can look past that, you can get what you paid for.. it is cheap, i mean.
limited choice for breakfast.. but still, it is cheap, so..
Conclusion: don't go in with very high expectations. it is just decent for its price.
