 The new hotel is very clean, five minutes drive from the airport, industrial area, construction wholesale market, convenient transportation, no paint smell, very cheap price, feeling of living, and Chinese language scare, English, Burmese proficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is under construction during my stay there, and the photo looks very different from reality.....It's much more like a shared house with many rooms (according to the lobby and the super narrow dining area for breakfast). The breakfast "looks like" cooked over and over every day again.
The aircon is very broken. The shower room is terrible, looks very old with rusty shelf (the bedsheet and bed with stains) and no shelf to put things in showering room. The owner is helpful but very business style. If you're first stay to Myanmar, the price isn't worthy. You can get other better options.
