Located at a convenient place, good view, with lots of food-stalls and shops all in 5 minutes walk. Rooms are okay. Breakfast is catered in dining room that covers you in dirty kitchen smell. You leave the room with your cloths and hair smelling like Burmese curry. Their staff pretty odd. Not willing to help at all. They lost our receipt and when we asked for it, they almost said, receipt gone, you won't get it. We had to teach the receptionist the most basic problem solving on how to verify our rightful quest and make up for it by issuing an effing copy which they already had. The manager guy was condescending to say "Tell me what's your problem? we will try to do this favor as much as we can." We were like it is their effing job to issue us a receipt for the money we pay! They have no idea how receipts work for their customers. Tried to order breakfast room-service, they refused!! They said there are too many customers in the dining room for them to leave the dining room. There were only like 3 tables with 5 guests and it is a buffet and the staff just stood to watch them eat! Tried to inquire car rental, and bluntly turned down and said "i don't know!"
