English communication could be improved.
Room cleaning too (under bed).
About the rest it’s nice to stay there !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pricey but a very pleasant experience. They have a gym, KTV and a spa. They have hair cutting, different massages and pedicures. Their reception is also very nice. Rooms are comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ best hotel in aung pan for me. my group 105 ppl stayed here for 3 night .we have 1 dinner here. they can handel with ease for my group and staffs are very friendly and helpful. rooms are great. clean and big. gym , pool , spa , ktv are featured. i give 4 stars bcuz pillow is too soft for me :'(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Hotel in Aungban. Offer exceptional views amd weather is quite pleasant as well. Staffs offer very good customer service and the breakfast is quite tasty and also offer Thai traditional foods.

I am loving it.
If someone would like to feel closest to the nature, this is the best one.
Temeperature is 14C in the morning. So fine.
You can play chess just like in Harrg Potter first movie if you want.
Friendly staffs and best hotel in Aung Ban.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, with all hotel facilities and warm heart. Staff tried their best, but need time to meet elite travelers requirements. Big pool, but the weather is usually cold, so the best time to swim is 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm. Gym to workout, walking nearby, to market just 5 minutes is a must try while staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable room with adequate facilities to make my stay enjoyable. I was particularly grateful for the availability of the wooden shoehorn with a long handle which removed my frustration in putting on a tight pair of shoes.
Will definitely stay in SS again when I next visit Aungban.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel compound is large and nice. Its decorations are adorable. The rooms are clean. Swimming pool and fitness are included. On the roof top, we can overview the town AungPan and Sunset. But the hotel service is not pretty good. The receptionists are not familiar and kind. We have not had buffet for breakfast.
