★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It doesn't have standard hotel management so that you won't be satisfy the staff there. Mostly the staff are not well-train. They don't know well about customer service. Seem like the owner may know customer service and I saw he is trying to teach his staff once in the breakfast session and once at the receptionist. Even you pay for full-length of you stay there, you will be asked by the receptionist everyday as "will you stay at our hotel continuously?". Once I answer back her "Won't you have any record to hangover from night duty staff to day duty staff?". They reply amazingly "No"! And they won't give any receipt for you advance payment. I believe that's why this kind of problem occurs. When I ask them for receipt, they just wrote it down on a note and gave it to me. What a funny thing!
The breakfast is quite bad. They said they won't clean your room unless you ask them. The pillows are too flat/thin to sleep with.
