★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is conveniently located for visits to the most important pagodas and temples in the Bagan area. We felt very welcomed and the rooms were comfortable. The staff is tremendously friendly and were eager to help us in ***y respects: providing directions, arranging taxis and airport transfers, and mailing letters. Good value for money all things considered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is quite OK and the staff tries all it's best. Only 3 stars because the bathrooms are in a bad shape: furniture and accessories are pretty used, Those need to be urgent changed. Also the smell in the bathrooms (we changed once the room) is not so pleasant. Additionally the walls are very thin you can hear everything from the rooms around as well as the cars on the street. So nothing for somebody with a sensitive sleep. The breakfast is OK, with eggs, sausage, rice and some additional asiatic food and fruits.

The staff was professional and very friendly. They organized us a private tour to Mount Popa and a overnight bus to Kalaw. Hotel rents e-bike at an average price.
The hotel facilities were modern and the room was comfortable. Try the swimming pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent facilities, staff, and price! More importantly, you can't deny its GREAT LOCATION! Situated along the main highway AND just at the entrance of the Bagan temple complex, this hotel has one of the best spots in Bagan. It also has a small pool which is great for cooling off after a long hot day looking at the temples. If you are staying here, it is good to discuss your plans with the hotel staff. They will give you excellent advice and even the tour prices they offer are competitive--no need to go through the hassle of looking around for the best price. The free breakfast buffet could use some improvement in taste and selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bathtub was a bit dated, but everything else was great. Clean beds, wonderful breakfast, and nice location if you're heading to scout out temples. It's a bit farther away from restaurants. When I say farther, it's about a 5-10-minute walk, nothing crazy. Great value for money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing for its high value and quality ratio. This is probably the most well managed hotel in New Bagan. The staff is ready to serve you at all times. The food is amazing. Even the buffet breakfast is good. We stayed here for 5 days and had a terrific time. The staff went above and beyond to see to it that our stay was exceptional. They have eBikes as early at 4am. They offer transfers to the airport and Jetty. The manager is friendly and makes sure the staff provide guests with the best service possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the money was a pretty average stay, service was nothing special and room it self very small and strange old stale cigarette smell in the bathroom. They offer a "welcome drink" as per website when booking. They didn't give us this and we had to ask. It was orange flavoured cordial. Our booking was only $1 less than the next available room and so they said we would have to pay extra $2 per person for breakfast if we wanted it. Better to book the room that includes breakfast then just for $1 extra and make sure it states it's included in the booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent 3 nights and a comfortable, good value stay. Reception staff particularly friendly and helpful. Lovely "Burmese" theme. Being on the edge of New Bagan it's quite far from the ferry pier (15000 kyat taxi) or the airport. Appreciated the kettle and coffee in the room. Breakfast modest, with eggs cooked to order. Lovely to sit at the poolside. Downside is my room was road facing and noisy, especially now (Aug '19) with construction in progress outside the window!
