★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a budget hotel it doesn't get much better, cold Air conditioning, elevator (You would be surprised at how many don't have an elevator) a very good breakfast buffet , comfortable beds. About 1/2 hour from the city center (4,000 kyats) 1/2 hour from the airport (4,000 kyats) really good selection of Burmese restaurants nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable accommodation with aircon and personal bathrooms. Rooms come with safe to keep passports and money. The staff here are very kind and welcoming. The house keeping is quick and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have stayed in this hotel for 4 days so far and may continue stay here until the end of this month. The rate is reasonable, room is cleaned, wifi is strong, breakfast is good and plenty of car parking. I would recommend to someone who is looking to stay in hotel in Yangon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are a little outdated but clean. Best to book online (Agoda etc) than walk-in rate considering they charge a lot more for Foreigners.
Got my room for $35 but local rate was around $25 in local currency which was almost the same price online.
Breakfast is decent with fried rice, fried noodles, stir fried vegetables, rice porridge, noodle soup, fresh fruits and juices.
