Ordered No (5525) Iphone 12 pro; has been ordered and made the deposit K 865,000 on 31st Oct 202 and promised to deliver on 6th Nov 2020. When customers chase on the day of delivery, they replied “stock not ready” and simply said they will refund.
This is how they give false promise and took half deposit for a week.
There is no reimbursement for a customer.
Worse worse worse service ever.

However, the delivery can't keep their promise and I couldn't purchase the color that I wanted. Before i make an order, ICT said they have stock in hand. I have selected grey color from website but ICT provide a different color. ICT promised they will exchange for me the exact one yet ended up telling me there's no more stock for me. I just feel like being cheated buying from ICT.com.mm #badservice #whatYouSeeIsNotWhatYouGet#disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a Surface Go which still to this day isn’t listed as “Pre-Order” device even up to this day. . . .
This was supposed to be a surprise gift from his uncle and we ordered this, hoping that it’ll show up at his door within a week. You guys should update the website according to the stock, if you consider yourself as professionals.
It has been nothing but disappointed using this site and store. First, the keyboard we ordered isn’t on stock and someone had to pay extra for different item and now I heard my gift to my boy which isn’t listed as “Pre-Order device” is not in stock and the boy has to wait for god knows how long . . . I trusted you and you guys let me down.
No professional and No Value at all.
