★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dodgy dude gives you dodgy boatman. We chatted with some guy off the road about a boat trip to the lake. Quoted 18,000k which is already on the high side. Asked about whether he would go with us. He confirmed. Once we get to the pier, we get some random dude. Turns out that yes means no. This guy... What a comedy act. Didn't speak a word of English. At his first chance, he soaked up some booze and chewed on his favourite high. Had a drunk stonner for a boat driver, chatting to himself most of the times. Almost smashed the bamboo off a tomato plantation. If you're into stone heads or drunkards, this is the place to go. The plus was that he wasn't pushy or trying to flog anything and made it back unscathed. Picture of the guy's business card included.
