★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bought my ipad at Innoflow Junction city branch in November 2021. While unboxing, there was a crumb in aluminium foil at the bottom of the ipad and the charger, the lightning cable, was physically damaged after unplugging from ipad for the first time use. When I complained about the issue within two hours after leaving their store, they categorised as user’s fault and didn’t take responsibility of their product. They shouldn’t advertise that they are apple authorised reseller unless they take the responsibility of their products.
