★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were 5 people with luggage. They proposed 15 usd for a ride to airport. Since they encouraged us to take a single car, we thought it would be a van size car because we used a van from airport to hotel for only 10 usd.
When the time came, we went down to get on the car and what we saw was only the 6 sitter car. There was no way that all of us could fit in. I called the Grab and took me only 5 usd to get to airport for a 6 sitter.
We couldn’t even make a proper claim on this since we were running out of time and had to rush.
What a ridiculous experience it was

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is new, Friendly staffs, decent breakfast, spacious and tidy rooms. nice view to inya lake.except for the management or room division department.
i spent 9 nights there.
we booked our room 2 weeks in advanced and we paid
2 days(Room Rate) deposit already. the price we agreed upon was 40000 kyats per night. it was all fine for 7 days. after that they charged me 5000 kyats more for each of 2 days due to high season and stuff.
im fine with paying 10000 kyats more but they didnt mention that before we book our room. it was a shambolic decision made by room division department. Im also in a hotel industry in EU. i have never faced those kind of actions.
they need to improved and the reception staffs should be more informed.

Room a big and well furnish.
Breakfast is changing everyday and is a buffet of local dish, I really liked it.
The problem is the noise in the room, during the entire night, in all the corridors of the hotel some christmas music was loudlely play, why do you do that in an hotel at night??? Other strange ventilation noise was on going...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was good but According the price food is not good enough. And the dollar exchange rate is big difference from the original exchange rate. When I ask why not use regular exchange rate it's 1360mmk for $1 , the stuff say hotel policy tell them to charge 1450mmk for 1$ . That's very poor thing happened there.
