★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is not bad in that remote are. They offer branches of snacks, traditional dishes, tea and coffee. However, it is not an ideal environment for non-smokers since they don't have non-smoking tables. Food are nice in traditional way. You can find a parking for your car easily. Price is fair. Service is pretty fast and friendly. 3.5-4 stars.

But foods can "run out" during late afternoon. Enough parking space and good clean toilet.

Whenever we cross the Pyay road heading to the North, we usually stop here to have a break and refreshment from the long drive. Their tea is must-try one among tea shops around Yangon and there are variety of food options to choose for breakfast, lunch (burmese, Indian, Mon and so on) and snacks such as burmese traditional foods and pork sticks.
They have car cleansing service aside parking but not much wide and it is not enough when shop is full of customers. There are a lot of tables and chairs so normally no problem by lacking place to sit.
Last but not least; toilets are clean.
Service: Fast & Good.
Taste: Good.
Location: Beside Pyay Road.
Payment: Cash.
