They even washed my car for free when I was staying there.
A decent hotel in Pyay near tha-yay-khitara.
Very near to downtown too.
Nice rooms with attached bathrooms.
A bit small though.
They also of mini (tiny) swimming tubs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People in Myanmar are incredibly friendly, these guys are a whole new level. They are so willing to smile, help out and make sure that your stay and your trip to Pyay is as good as it possibly can be. The twin room is clean and very well priced with aircon and the comfiest bed I have had in a long time while travelling, I slept like a baby. Th motel has a roof top where you can enjoy views while eating breakfast or chill at night while drinking a beer, fantastic. It is conveniently located next to the bus station.
I would recommend staying here?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are fine and the air conditioning is working. I would have given four stars, but then I went for a shower. That was disgusting! As were the toilets. Plenty of staff running around, so no excuse at all for not keeping things clean... I know it's a cultural thing, but it's time to start making a change. Start cleaning toilets and showers!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foul. Disgusting. If you need to go take extra bed sheets, bed bug spray, mosquito spray, and disinfectant. The room was full of insects. And in our first room, there was no electricity and a gecko. The shower is over the toilet, and I swear it makes you less clean than when you got in. The toilet seat is brown regardless of it being under the shower. There are 10000000 staff and only 1 speaks English, and he was only there the first day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really dirty for this price !! Toilets and bathroom was not cleaned for A WHILE, full of dust and dirt !! Thousand of moscitos in path ways. And the room looked like an old hospital room...
Thanks anyway to the young staff who waked up at 5.30pm to cook us a breakfast.
The owner should really read the review cause I'm not the first to say that, and the hostel is not busy so his staff have time to clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed my stay there very much. The personal was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, I had a fridge, a sink, a TV and an AC in my room. The food in the restaurant is cheap and very good and a lot!
Showers and toilets were outside and esp. the toilets were quite dirty every day. They have only one automatic Scooter for renting for all their guests which is not enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, free pickup from train station and big free breakfast at the rooftop with sunrise view! They also have the most tasty instant coffee in Burma I tasted so far :D Good price for 4 person family room - 12000 kyat pers. Swimming pool needs some cleaning, but it is wonderful anyways that the cheapest motel has a rooftop swimming pool...
