We got the precious time with Jade Flower Travel. We bought 2 days 1 night Island Stay package. We had to do kayaking, jungle trekking, good snorkeling and the best seafood dinner with bonfire on the island. My happiness time is BBQ seafood dinner with sharing knowledge by guide Bo Bo. When I went to Myeik, I went on a one day island tour by Jadeflower Travel & Tours. The office conveniently located in the ground floor of Hotel Grand Jade. The tour was $80 per person for foreigner including lunch at local village. The tour has a van picked up at the hotel and take us to the piers at 8 a.m. We went on a nice clean speed boat and took around less than two hours to go on a private island. The private island was very clean with bathroom and shower place. After resting for a bit on the island, we went to snorkeling and swimming at Smart Island. The water was clean and I loved the cool water on the bottom layer of the ocean while the top water surface was warm. After a nice long swim, we went to this water fall to take a quick shower. Such an interesting experience showering at a waterfall to wash the saltwater away (with clothes on of course). The guide even gave us shampoo and soap to wash off the salt. Then we had lunch at local village. The food was plenty and tasted good. Such a good way to give back to local communities by partnering with local villagers. Then we took the speedboat back to the city watching sunset along the way. It was definitely a perfect island getaway. Thank you the guide, boat boy, and captain for a memorable trip.
