★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a really great experience with this company to Yangon, with a lot of unexpected benefits to the trip, like a free shuttle to downtown Yangon from the bus terminal. I would absolutely take them again (we were on the VIP bus).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus ride to Yangon was quite comfortable but was absolutely disgusted to find out the lady on the bus ripped us off at the end. The bus drops you outside of Yangon and the lady made us pay a price for another bus to get into town. Turns out when we got on the bus there was signs saying JJ EXPRESS FREE SHUTTLE, and other customers didn't pay. Night bus number 2 on 16.02.18.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took JJ Express on 3 occasions (yangon - bagan, bagan - mandalay, mandalay - kalaw). We were very happy with the comfort and leg room. The buses were on time and clean and we mostly felt save with the driver we had. Except for the ride from Bagan to Mandalay where the driver was driving as fast as he could, even overtaking an ambulance car that was driving with blue lights on. That was really scary.

I would like to make a complaint regarding one of your bus lady. Me and my friend took the evening JJ express VIP bus from lake inle to Yangon on the 20th February 6pm until 21th February 6am. It had became the worse bus experience in our lives.
Prior to our trip, we have told the bus lady (a small looking girl) that both of us are very sick due to diarrhea and we would need toilet. However, the last toilet we had was 23:55, then there was no toilet until we arrive at the bus station in Yangon at 5am. We have asked her 10 times during the way but all we got back was she telling us no toilet no toilet. We even say some gas stations which had toilet signs on them.
This is really unacceptable. Please do something about this. This bus lady also spoke very poor English. Neither of us could understand what she was talking about. If you read the reviews on google map from lake inle, there have been many complaints about this bus lake already from other people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was surprised to be taken well outside Nyaung Shwe to the bus but it was all organised and went smoothly. Blankets, wet wipes, pastries, water and when you find there aren't enough toilet stops just ask the driver. You may need to be prepared to pee by the side of the road but honestly, nobody bothers about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even the fully booking after the festival, the female receptionist still tried to help us to get tickets for catching the plane in Yangon next day. Although we found another ticket from another bus operator in the end, just wanna send my appreciation to her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is easy to find (Look out for JJ Express signboard) and we reached yangon on time although we started off a little later than scheduled departure time. Seats are comfy enough (assuming you are not too tall) for a decent night’s rest. And there was complimentary dinner (nothing fanciful just fried rice or noodles) along the way at a local coffee shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Bus company in Myanmar! I was really surprised about the excellent service of jj express. We went from Nyaungshwe to Mandalay. Free pick up at the hotel, free drinks included, on board entertainment ( movies, music, games) and also a free meal during the break! I wish they have companies like them in other South East Asian countries! Definitely recommended! ??
