We ended up traveling with him 2 days and were very pleased with the service!

We drove with him to the waterfalls, he claimed with us till up there and helped us a lot. It was a lovely experience, thank you very much Jojo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We met Jo Jo next to the Lion gate of the Mandalay hill and originally just asked him for a taxi ride to U Bein Bridge. During the taxi ride, Jo Jo mentioned he also does tours of the surrounding area, if we are interested. Offer was very nice, polite, unassuming and not pushy in any way. We decided to go with it and it was one of the best decisions we made in Mandalay. We would have not see half of the things we saw without Jo Jo if we decided to go on our own. He also drove us to the restaurant the same evening and drove me to the airport the next day. Jo Jo speaks fluent English and is very kind, patient and polite in his dealings with the customers. Highly recommended!

He's friendly, he's helpful, he's sincere, he's trustworthy, and he truly cares that you enjoy his city (and well beyond that if you want to book multi-day tours). He's not pushy. He follows your lead. He "gets it" that most foreign tourists will choose a smile, a friendly face, good language skills, and a helpful attitude over a pushy demand. As others have mentioned, I also enjoyed my day with Jojo so much that I booked him for a second day. He's a special guy. He's still my friend over a year later. Everyone should hire Jojo as their driver in Mandalay. I recommend him without hesitation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very knowledgeable English speaking guide. We are experienced independent travellers who normally find our own way around. Jo Jo approached us at the lion gate on the way up to Mandalay hill. He offered us guiding and taxi services to the areas around Mandalay and further. Without his expertise we would have missed many of the sights we saw. The train ride from pyin oo lwin over the gokitek gorge was fantastic.
Very honest prices too. He also took us from Mandalay to bagan. With a diversion to monywa to see the world's second tallest standing Buddha.if you go to the lion gate on Mandalay hill and ask for Jo Jo you will find him. Lovely guy to spend time with

I think Ko Tay Za will be business partner of Jo Jo Taxi Service. So, I don't know about of Jo Jo Taxi Service but Ko Tay Za (the person who was transferred by Jo Jo Taxi Service) is the patience, polite and he can also drive safely.
