日本とは違い、ブレーキランプ切れてても検査に合格する様は圧巻です。ブローカー多いので基本的にはあまり人に話しかけない方がいいです。

The recent changes in the price of overall renewal of license might cause a lot of troubles to the public and yet there are still many money collecting counters within the entrance of the city.
It took too much time on office stuff, so long waiting line in almost every place and needed hierarchical signature which prolonged the actual time.
It caused puzzled in carrying out the required tasks in order to fulfil the license.
The environment is not quite well. Nobody can directly asked for health from the official nor can they be found in their outreach.
The security was lax and negligent.
The most important pain in the neck for this offie is that there are so many (i say so so many) annoying wheeler-dealers looking for their preys; most of them are crooked in nature and yet the officials are not trying their best to get rid of them but placing the indistinctive signboards. Actions are far more better than speech. They are present in almost every place where you could see with your own eyes: they are present at the gates, they are present in the waiting lines, they are present in the counters, they are present in the tea shops, most of them may even present in groups, etc. The officials better try to solve these problems: the sooner the better.
Sad thug life so far.
