It operate once every 5 days, with merchant coming from villages and towns around Kalaw to sell their local produces, harvests, traditional medicine, herbs, and etc items. It would be an eye opener to see what is available produces and harvest around this region. Get a local tour guide or translator as most of the merchant's don't speak English.
