food stations, shopping centre,
Mega ace cinema,shake bubble tea shop and so many things.
And there are water pool, park, lake and fun valley playground.
This park is very important for anyone because people who cannot go bazaar,they easily go there and buy. It is situated in centre of north okkalapa township, car transportation is not worried for you. By using YBS 36 can also reach there. It lies beside No.(3) Basic Education High School .There are many traditional
festival in special day such as Thingyan Festival in April, Thadingyut Festival in October.
I think everybody should go there and seek your happiness.

It is the biggest park in North Okkalapa Township, Yangon. It has the monument of 8888 clamour ( The affairs of Myanmar started on the 8th of August 1988), Bogyoke Aung San statue, wide lake with seats, lawns, fun valley, Sein Gay Har shopping mall, cinema and KFC centre. It also has wide car parking. So it is a good place for taking exercise in the morning, a place for relaxation, a place for recreation and shopping.
