★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a proper condominium. Meaning its not just an apartment with lift, parking, and a small pool. The compound is fairly big with a few towers, big swimming pool and garden area on the elevated courtyard. Occupancy percentage is about 60-70%ish. One tower right now having many room decoration progress, so can be a bit noisy.
The theme for this condo is smart condo, meaning the electrical switches and such can be operated remotely with wifi. The views are good (mostly city, some with Inya lake view), and the rooms are mostly light and airy. The road is a bit narrow and the blockage by trishaws at the junction (next to traffic lights) is causing congestions since it is reduced to one lane because of the above mentioned trishaws station next to the junction (on the road). The main attraction here for me, is the price. It is much lower than the competition so, can consider.
