★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myanmar people say they prefer Lotteria more and i realized the reality. In fact, there is little option for selecting menu. During lunch time i hade to wait 15 minutes for zinger set...oh my god

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly, this is a very badly managed KFC. Running in a vicious cycle.
If they dont improve, they cannot attract more customer and in turn it will go worst further.
There do not seem to have a proper manger to look after the young serving and kitchen staffs.
Hygene practise is worrying
1. I see staffs using brooms to sweep dusts in the kitchen.
2. I see staffs using the kitchenware to pack somethings back at the end of the day.
3. I see staffs eating off the stainless containers at the end of closing.
4. They dont serve original for at least the past 6 months being that the equipment to make original recipe chicken is broken.
5. I suspect(not proven) that some staffs are serving reheated/re fried chicken.
I hope some management could act on this. KFC should be better then this even if they dont make good profits on this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clean and cosy KFC in Star City. They do deliveries to residents of Star City. I recommend, based on my experience, that it is much quicker to take away as the delivery can take upwards of 40 minutes in some cases.
There is nothing remarkable with respect to the menu and it comprises the standard KFC offering.
I can't flaw the staff and they are professional and courteous at all times.
There are a few issues with the hygiene, I have noticed with certain deliveries that the delivery bag is dirty. Also, the tables are sometimes not cleaned - this is remedied by gently reminding the staff to clean the table.
In relation to quality of the food, they appear to serve chicken which is very dry and brittle sometimes, this lends me to suspect that they serve chicken which is not sold from the previous day. I am not sure if this is common practice with the franchise but for the price you pay you would expect fresh chicken to be served.
Finally, on most of the chicken there they serve fatty chicken. Future customers can decided if they like this or not, I personally, do not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im glad to find out that kfc star city doesn't disappoint. After many kfc outlets serve me dry bland taste chickens, I'm pleased to inform you that this doesnt. It is juicy and temder, as its supposed to. Staffs are polite and helpful as well. I think I will be a regular, when i visit star city.
