★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bathroom was extraordinarily pungent, provided neither ventilation nor deodorant. Food was OK, but too limited. The Western style breakfast option was pathetic; they'd better pull that down. Staffs are friendly. Nevertheless, you cannot expect more from a cheap hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad cleanliness like bed sheet, bath room, etc. No maintain their building like doors, etc. Limited time of aircon and electricity from 6pm to 6am. Bad internet connection. Poor service. No thought of staying this hotel. Keep away from this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of affordable hotel in Chaung Tha. Not really bad. Some may complain no phone, no food in refrigerator(some rooms), etc etc. But i find a comfortable clean and nice room with air con is good enough for me for that price. The view from sea view banglo is nice. Nothing exciting about the view from garden view though. Food is not great but clean and eatable. And again, the price is really affordable for food too. So, if you are looking for just a nice & clean place to sleep, Khine Chaung Tha is the one you should look at but if you are looking for luxurious fancy holiday resort, you can skip that hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO WIFI .Bad service and facilities. Annoying and loud guests which the hotel allows to behave in such a manner. My seaview room is half blocked with trees, my friends sea view room is just walls but we had to pay for it ?. Breakfast is repetitive for our three days there. Room service comes only when called and takes long. Overall, not staying here again, doesn't recommend to stay here too. Just pay a little bit more price and stay at better hotels next to this.
