★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional staff and the machenical enginer, both useless, have to visit 4 time's and still EPB error was there yet they changed whole EPB system .
I visited another service and they found out that it was a sensor error .
Avoid avoid this service center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 2nd time visiting the place for servicing. And i had different experiences, depending on the car. When i drove Peugeot, their customer service is much better than when i drove KIA. No matter, for the review, lets see how good of a service they provide, objectively. The place is usually packed and appointment in advanced, is a MUST. I had no major issues with their services, just minor one. There is a customer lounge upstairs, which overlooks the workshop area. The toilet is clean and they provide free water bottles, that's it. No coffee or tea or anything. There is an convenience store out front, so that addresses the issue. I observed my car service is completed already, it took 20 more min for them to inform me of the completion, and no, they r not working on it anymore. Also, they informed me cabin filter (ac filter) needs changing, they checked. I declined since I'm getting it changed elsewhere, by saying I'll do it the next time. When i take out to replace, I found out that they put back the dirty filter with leaves and all, without even trying to blow clean it for me. Thats negligence, no, that's "not my problem attitude". Also, the staff girls at the payment counter has an attitude towards customers... Not a good customer experience. But, if u don't mind those minor stuffs, they will get the job done. I'll b sticking to Yadanar Lan branch, personally.
