★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A proper 3 stars Hotel. Good breakfast. However the windows cannot be locked, not suitable for those with small children. I needed to tie the latch mechanism with a cable tie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good value for money. Wonderful staff. In a good location for walking to decent restaurants/ bars. About 35/40 minutes to the palace and the same to many other attractions around Mandalay. About 1.20 hours walk to the hill. Quirky hot water, be patient! Western breakfast typical of the usual SE Asia attempt! Good food in the evening if you're feeling lazy! Mandalay in on an American style grid system, so get your bearings and maybe not use your phone sat nav (apart from confirmation!)?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is clean, somehow small. The toilet is small and inconvenient somehow. The hotel is new and in good location. Not very noisy and the hotel seems quite new. The breakfast is very generous and delicious. Various kind of foods and sweets. Highly recommend for sweets, very good taste.

Staffs friendly and service is good.
Room is clean, nice bed as i sleep well.
Amenities is good.
Hot water shower takes too long around 5 minutes. Room will be perfect if fabric floor mat is available to dry foot after shower and provision made for a full length mirror in room.
Thank you for my perfect stay in Mandalay.
