★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know much about their services and schedule in detail as they didn't described much on media but my cats got used to the home again as soon as they reached home and they didn't get thinner so i would assume they treat well with just some reasonable cost As there ain't as much cat hotels in ygn as the dogs hotels I would say it has nice service overall BUT i would like to recommended u to vaccinate ur cats cause there are so many other cats in a small space of the house and my cats looked alittle sick(cat flu ) when they got back
