ဒီသမိုင္းဝင္ဆံေတာ္ရွင္ေစတီ က်ိဳက္နဲေရလယ္ဘုရားကို သုဝဏၰဘူမိ သထံုျမိဳ႕ဌာနီ မြန္တို႔ျပည္ သီရီမာေသာကမင္းၾကီးလက္ထက္၌ ဂဝမၸတိမေထရ္ျမတ္၏ ေက်းဇူးရွင္မိခင္ၾကီးကို အေၾကာင္းျပဳ၍ မဟာသကၠရာဇ္(၁၁၁)ခုနွစ္၊ ဘီစီ(၅၈၁) ျမတ္စြာဘုရားရွစ္ဝါရိွေသာ ကာလမွာ ရဟႏၲာသံဃာေတာ္ ႏွစ္ေသာင္းျခံရံလ်က္ ယခုက်ိဳက္နဲဘုရား တည္ရွိေနရာသို႕ ၾကြေရာက္လာျပီး ေနာက္အခါ ငါဘုရား၏ ဆံေတာ္တစ္ဆူ ေရာက္ရိွလာမည္ဟု ဗ်ာဒိတ္ေတာ္ ေပးသနားေတာ္မူေလသည္။

လြန္ေလျပီးေသာအခါ ဘဝတခုမွာ တို႔ျမတ္ဘုရား ငါးၾကင္းျဖစ္၍ သိန္းငွက္တစ္ေကာင္ ပင္လယ္ျပင္တစ္ေနရာမွ ဖမ္းခ်ီလာျပီး ဤေက်ာက္ေဆာင္ေပၚ၌ စားခဲ့ေလသည္။ ၎ေက်ာက္ေဆာင္ေပၚမွာပင္ နတ္ဘီလူးၾကမ္းမ်ားကို ဆုံးမေတာ္မူရာ ေမတၱာဓာတ္နွင့္ ေအာင္ျမင္ေတာ္မူ၍ ဗ်ာဒိတ္ေတာ္ မြန္လူမ်ိဳးတို႔က က်ိဳက္နဲဘုရား(ေအာင္ေတာ္မူဘုရား)ဟုေခၚဆိုၾကကုန္၏။

သိန္းငွက္ဖမ္းလာ စားရာဌာန

This historic pagoda was built in 111 A.D. during the reign of King Thirimathaka of Thaton Mon in Thuwanna Bhumi Thaton.
