★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The temple is called Shri Dhandaayudhapaani Koil ( அருள்மிகு தண்டாயுதபாணி கோயில்) dedicated to Lord Karthikeya also called Shanmuka.
The temple was built by the Tamil Community in Myanmar for about a 150 years back when Tamilians had been sent by the British Government as farmers and labourers.
The path way was later improved by the Tamilian dobara living in different parts of Myanmar
