★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well what can I say, DELICIOUS! Although they didn't have a variety choice of marinated meat. Just basic chicken, pork, beef or seafood. Its buffet so endless refill on meat and other tempura. If you wanna grill your own meat its okay. But you only interests in eating and not wanting to grill there will be a server to grill your meat while you focus on eating or chatting with loved ones. After eating there will be fruit or ice cream as a dessert or both to end your meat grinding session on sweet note. For me not so much marinated opinion is minus one star. Overall its a good and quiet place to go with family or loved ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As the name says it's only good for grill meat lovers. You can get both hotpot and Grilled. Service is not so bad. It's okay for me. Menu has not so much choices. Only few dishes has available. Not appetizer. Only get ice cream and seasonal fruits or water melon as desserts. Can only get soft drink like Up and Coke. Restaurant is really small. Have only 8 tables. I was waited for free table for about one hour due to all tables are full with customers. Also the parking is really small like only 5cars or maybe 4 cars can park at one time. The meats are fresh I think. Very few vegetables. I'll give 3.5 stars to Hygiene. 3.5 stars to Dishes and price. It will be so good if they add more dishes in menu. And want to play some mp3 music to entertain people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is great but food is not.. really tough and chewy meat.. The hot sauce that they put on bbq meat is gross.. Seafoods are not fresh.. I couldn’t actually taste the sweetness in them.. They gave out the tiniest crabs I have ever seen in my life.. I didn’t even try eating them.. I get what I paid for.. It’s just not for me.. sorry.. I will never go back there again..

The system is Buffet and they have two choices
- Normal Buffet will be 11000kyats and Hot Pot only
- Premium Buffet will be 13500kyats and both Hotpot & BBQ included
All the prices are tax inclusive so no need to pay for extra charges
The time is not limited so you can just take your time and enjoy the buffet.
There's a wide choice of appetizers but normal for main hotpot and bbq dishes.
For soup you can choose from 5 - TomYum, Mala, Normal, Miso, Tomato
Overall, I would give 3 out of 5 since there's nothing standing out from other and the taste are normal and the price is in that range as well.
