★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trained here for 3 days in Yangon. Day pass 5,000 kyat, not the cheapest you can find but worth it. The gym has a squat rack (on the outside of the smith machine), bench and incline bench, cable stack, leg machines, lat pulldowns, machine press and machine OHP, and dumbbells up to 45kg+. They also have treadmills, elliptical, and spin bikes.
Crowded, no floor space for yoga or stretching. Gym staff is helpful and polite, and the owner looks like he used to compete in bodybuilding.
