★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst computer service that I have ever had. Unprofessional. They have no respect for a customer. They never keep their words. They never call a customer to tell if the service is finished or not although they told the customer that they will call back. They treat the customer like they are the only option that is available in the city. This is my third time being treated like that. I left my laptop at Linn service center and asked them how long will it take to finish repairing. They said 2 days or maybe more they can’t say for sure at the moment. So I requested them to call me and inform me when they know how long it will take because I have serious works to be done with that laptop so I need to know exact date. But they didn’t call me. I had to call them and ask them how long it will take, they told me that it would only take two days and they would call me in two days. Guess what? They didn’t!!!! I had to call them again and ask them how it’s going and they say it will take two more days and they are not sure about that. Being a biggest shop in the city doesn’t mean you guys are the best in the town. You guys need to focus more in customer service. I hope you guys change that habit sooner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Custer service is different from technical service. Linn doesn't understand customer service is also important. When you fail to provide adequate technical service, you have to communicate in clear and coherent manner to explain yourself. Being well-established big business doesn't excuse you from explaining yourself about why our devices are more broken after your service. We can always go to smaller shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The biggest mobile shop in both Naypyitaw and Pyinmana. Everything you need for it devices,it will support you to be satisfied. But the doorman is not Ok for me. He or she askes me/us too annoyed. For examples, why are you here? What do you want,ph? accessories? it devices? Too many questions for us that is not Ok.
