★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good, especially considering how affordable it is. Despite its location on a main road, its very quiet, with no noise seepage from other rooms either. Staff are very helpful, with good local knowledge to help you find cafes and food options (there’s a fantastic and ultra cheap 24 hour cafe a few streets away). Rooms have AC and a fan, with good charging points and space. Beds are comfy and clean with a nice desk and bedside table, so space to work if you need it. Breakfast is good as well, especially the generous portions. If I was nitpicking the steps up from the street are a little steep and there is no disabled access. Otherwise, a surprising and very pleasant option in this part of Yangon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this place. It was our first few nights in Myanmar and the hosts made us feel welcome and were very helpful every step of the way. The rooms are nice and clean for the price. We also used the laundry service which was very well priced and of good quality.
A really lovely bed and breakfast for a great price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good people and a good place. Very good service. Perfect breakfast, big one. Hot water for the shower. Close to the center but not too much with shops and restaurants and tea-shops very near here. More than a week here during february and march 2021 for arranging my departure from the country. They're very helpful in a very complicated situation in the country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great stay at a lovely place. Good location. Breakfast options are good, filling, and delicious. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, helping us book extra nights when we ran into some travel issues. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I will say that some of the doubles don’t have windows but didn’t bother us too much. Would definitely come back.

I have been in Myanmar for 2 years but i stayed in this hotel for over a year and i love this hotel the staff is amazing service is excellent and breakfast i hade was surper there are 6 option and this is great but the WiFi is not that good it sometimes just goes and sometimes slow but it's enough for me i had a great stay and i must say for any tourist to if you come to Myanmar you must visit this amazing place i just loved the place.
