★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did a 3 day trek from Kalaw to Inle lake with lucky flower. Jor Dan was our guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the history, culture and nature along the route. He was friendly & funny and made our experience so enjoyable. We stayed with families along the route and ate many delicious dishes cooked by locals. 5 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely loved the trek from Kalaw to Inle Lake with Lucky Flower. We opted for the 2 day trek as it's the start of the rainy season and it was absolutely perfect. Lucky Flower take a different (and longer) route so we didn't see a single tourist until we reached Inle Lake on the second day. We also stayed in a monastery for the night which was an amazing experience. Cookie and his wife (the owners) are so welcoming and Hanan (our guide) was incredibly knowledgable and really made the experience. I can't rate this highly enough!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lucky Flower was the best choice I made when I stumbled into Kalaw at 5am in the morning. Cookie and his wife were a fantastic tandem with great English. When they said "less touristy" routes they weren't joking, that was some next level stuff. I did the 3D/2N and it was the best part of Myanmar. The food was fantastic (thanks to the motorbiking chef that followed us the whole trip) and cookies knowledge of the various tribes and nature was unparalleled. 10/10 would recommend or do again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could write pages on how much we loved our trekking experience with these guys. Cookie the owner is an incredible individual and will put together a trek for you that meets all your requirement. If you wish to get off the beaten path and away from other tourists he can make it happen. His price is adjusted if you want a less traveled route as it requires the use of a porter, since it's not easily accessible by motorbike. Of course if you prefer the typical route he can also accommodate that with one of the best rates in town.
Our guide Joe was also awesome and I would highly recommend going with either Joe or Cookie. They are very knowledgeable about the area. We had an individual in our small group of three unable to make it due to a food borne illness he got in Bagan lingering and Joe and Cookie arranged transportation to pick him up and get him to a comfortable place to rest and recover while we finished our trek.
Also worth mentioning the food on this trek was some of the best in Myanmar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the higlights of our Myanmar trip! We have been asking around in Kalaw, there are more than 30 different trekking agencies. So lucky we ended up with Lucky flower!!! Our guide Cookie is a kind, attentive and funny guy. He speaks very good English, is knowledgeable about local culture and nature and does his best to make your hiking trip an unforgettable experience. We loved absolutely everything! Our first night we could spend in a Buddhist monastery and learned a lot about Buddhist traditions. While hiking you are very close to the nature and local way of life. We hardly met any other tourists, Cookie tries to take you to places where not a lot of people go. Food was always plenty and very delicious - the best we had in Myanmar! All in all I can recommend Cookie and his agency to everyone who wants to have a personal, firsthand and unique experience! Thank you Cookie for being such a great guide! The hike went beyond our expectations!
