★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 49th Street Lucky 7 is the original, and is the nicest one with flowers protecting customers from the sun, and giving out a nice smell. Big crowd always but they'll find you a place to sit, don't worry. Best tea around , and very consistent. Get the Pote Man version if you don't like exceedingly sweet tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best food deal in town! Location is away from most tourist spots, but definitely worth the trip. Great outdoor atmosphere with lots of greenery and cheap, delicious food. I had mohinga, samosa salad and sweet tea for only 2200 kyat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was having breakfast here everyday while in downtown Yangon and they served amazing foods! Everything was cheap & reasonable. Full of choices to choose from the menu. Love the milk tea!! This place is famous among locals, too, so it can get crowded. Just steps away from our airbnb guesthouse. Perfect local experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in Yangon and had amazing breakfast here. I love the food here especially mohinga and puri with potato curry. Tea was sweet but you can add more water too. Love the atmosphere here as many locals have their breakfast too. Would have come back in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn’t get enough of lucky seven whilst in Yangon and there’s a couple of Venues around. They’re always busy but the tables turn pretty quickly or they’ll find a table to stick you on. The roti and mutton curry for breakfast was a favourite of mine as well as the speciality tea.
