Today took a bus which was 1.5h late; it seemed they were having mechanical issues but they didn't make any announcements. On other trips, service has been great.
Sometimes aircon is OK, sometimes they freeze you.
Legroom varies by bus.
Sometimes it's a quiet sleeping environment, sometimes they play annoying comedy movies where the characters are shouting at each other for hours
Pyay station staff were the friendliest I've ever met, Naypyitaw ones don't even say Hi.
I think it's better to go with other bus companies where you know what to expect.

Yesterday I book at Shwe mandala..I want to go tomorrow but they do today..I dont know untill they call to me.I dont go to Inle and no refund to me..baddd service baddd english and very very bad staff.. Nothing say sorry anything dont care me. I buy new ticket at Mandala Minn I love here..I will come again... ?Suggust here no Shwe mandala??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the service and reasonable price. I usually raid this bus operator as I can. Online Registration is OK. Seats are comfortable and depart and arrive is right. AC is pretty nice, no smell and not too cold or hot. Bus station is near with Gate 1 and Gate 2.
